I'm Rebecca, a spiritual director offering a slower space to become attentive to God. Through prayerful conversation, silence, and listening, I help Christians notice where God may already be present, speaking, inviting, and forming the soul.

A companioned way of paying attention to God
Spiritual direction creates space to slow down, listen, and notice the movement of God in your everyday life.
It is a time-honored practice of meeting with someone to process life with God and reflect on how God may be working in your prayer and circumstances.
At Still Water Spiritual Direction, sessions are typically one hour, once a month, though you can find a rhythm that works for you.
Sessions can be done in person if you are local, or remotely by phone or computer.

Discernment & Meeting Regularly
After a time of discernment, we will schedule a one-hour session and meet regularly, about once a month.

Not advice-giving. Not therapy. Not another noisy voice.
Spiritual direction is not meant to fix, diagnose, manage, or rush the soul. It is not counseling, coaching, consulting, or a teaching session.
Instead, it offers a prayerful space to listen with God, notice His movement, and respond to His invitation with honesty and trust.
